Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 working day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll inform you promptly.

Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll get a tracking link and AWB number via email. Use these details to follow your shipment in real time.

Delivery Timelines
•    Metro cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
•    Non metro cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch
In rare cases of unforeseen delays, you can monitor progress using the tracking link provided.

Important Note
A valid 10 digit Indian mobile number is required for OTP based delivery. If the OTP is not received or entered, the package may return to our warehouse. In such cases, re shipping will be possible with additional charges borne by the customer.
